We offer custom modifications for Wooden Palm Rests to fit the size of your keyboard.
Modifications can be made to the length, depth, and height of the Palm Rest.
The customization fee is ¥2,750 JPY per side.
Please select the modification options from the dropdown menu and indicate the final desired dimensions.
※ We only accept modifications that make the product smaller than the original size. (For size increases, please contact us separately for a quote).
For the height of the product, we can accommodate adjustments from the original height of 16mm to -2mm (height of 14mm).

- We only accept size modifications for the Generic type “Kikkou-Naguri” Wooden Palm Rest "Matsu 2".
- Size modifications are not available for the HHKB wooden palm rest.
- Please make sure to purchase together with the original wooden palm rest.
- We only accept modifications that make the size smaller than the original palm rest.

Return Period & Conditions
While the Company takes the utmost care to ensure the quality of its products and delivery, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us by email within 7 days of receipt (including the date of delivery). We will promptly provide instructions for return or exchange.
For returns due to customer preference or convenience, the cost of return shipping and re-shipping shall be borne by the customer.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
• Items returned after 7 days without prior notice to the Company
• Items that have already been used
• Items or product packaging/manuals that have been damaged or defaced
• Personalized, engraved, or custom-made products (except in the case of defects)
• Sale items or outlet products (if applicable)
• Food, hygiene products, or other items that cannot be returned due to their nature (if applicable)Return Shipping Costs
• Customer convenience returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping, re-shipping costs, and bank transfer fees for refunds.
• Defective or incorrect items: Return and re-shipping costs will be borne by the Company.
Please return items using postal or courier services. If return by “cash on delivery” (collect on delivery) is possible, the Company will provide instructions.Defective Products
If a defective or incorrect product is received, we will exchange it for a replacement after checking stock availability. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a refund.
• “Defective product” refers to items with manufacturing defects or damage during shipping.
• For natural wood products, variations in grain, color tone, knots, or other natural characteristics are not considered defects.

• Credit Card Payments: Refunds or cancellations will be processed through your card company. In the case of customer convenience returns, the transaction fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
• PayPal Payments: Refunds or cancellations will be processed through PayPal. In the case of customer convenience returns, the transaction fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Bank Transfers or Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds will be made by transfer to the designated bank account. Transfer fees will be borne by the customer in the case of convenience returns, and by the Company in the case of defective or incorrect products.Return Procedure
