Return Period & Conditions While the Company takes the utmost care to ensure the quality of its products and delivery, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us by email within 7 days of receipt (including the date of delivery). We will promptly provide instructions for return or exchange. For returns due to customer preference or convenience, the cost of return shipping and re-shipping shall be borne by the customer. We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases: • Items returned after 7 days without prior notice to the Company • Items that have already been used • Items or product packaging/manuals that have been damaged or defaced • Personalized, engraved, or custom-made products (except in the case of defects) • Sale items or outlet products (if applicable) • Food, hygiene products, or other items that cannot be returned due to their nature (if applicable)
Return Shipping Costs • Customer convenience returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping, re-shipping costs, and bank transfer fees for refunds. • Defective or incorrect items: Return and re-shipping costs will be borne by the Company. Please return items using postal or courier services. If return by “cash on delivery” (collect on delivery) is possible, the Company will provide instructions.
Defective Products If a defective or incorrect product is received, we will exchange it for a replacement after checking stock availability. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a refund. • “Defective product” refers to items with manufacturing defects or damage during shipping. • For natural wood products, variations in grain, color tone, knots, or other natural characteristics are not considered defects. Please contact us by email or phone within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for return or exchange.
Refunds • Credit Card Payments: Refunds or cancellations will be processed through your card company. In the case of customer convenience returns, the transaction fee will be deducted from the refund amount. • PayPal Payments: Refunds or cancellations will be processed through PayPal.
